This Loaded Baked Potato Soup is perfect for those dreary final days of winter. Though take it from me, don’t add in more chopped potatoes because you think that there isn’t enough potatoes! Who doesn’t love extra potatoes, right? Well if you’re like me and add those extra potatoes, hoping for a fuller bodied soup, prepare your self to double or even triple your chicken stock and heavy cream that you will end up using.
