Daily task 7. Select a hobby & practice it every day. (Pick anything & stick with it, no days off. This can be combined with 30 minutes of daily self care)
The sixth daily task in the Turtle On 100 Day challenge is to select and practice a new hobby. Having a chronic illness like primary ciliary dyskinesia takes being able to learn and accept new things daily. It’s learning to adapt and go with the flow. PCD can also be stressful and overwhelming to everyone in the family. Learning to do new things and practice them can help ease physical and mental stress. Having a hobby to concentrate in the hard health times of PCD can actually be therapeutic for everyone. Craving out time for yourself and your hobbies will help you see a life beyond PCD. Do you have what it takes?
Join the Turtle On 100 Day Challenge and put your time management and planning skills to the test.
