Hover Ball; Fun-Physio with PCD Smiles

Airway hygiene is an important part of primary ciliary dyskinesia care. Be sure to check out today’s Fun - Physiotherapy with PCD Smiles

Hover ball: If you can blow out through a straw for more than 4 seconds, see if you can make a small ball, such as a ping-pong ball or a polystyrene craft ball, hover above a flexed straw. Blow through the bottom of the straw and have the top pointing up. Hold the ball above the straw and blow. Let go and see how long you can make it hover or how high you can blow it.
